A heartfelt thanks to a wonderful, magnificent effort by the Wollemi community for a successful WOLCAN (Wollemi Creative Arts Night) event on Friday 18 November 2022.
Such fantastic creative works and musical performances were showcased highlighting great talent among our students in Years 2-12. A big thank you to Mr. Ranftl, Mr. Tolentino, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Baxter, and Mrs. Wiggins for coordinating a successful night.
The variety of food stalls from parents: Indian, Slavic, Filipino, Spanish, and the classic Aussie Barbie food was very well received. The Fundraising Committee with great support from the school community has raised $7282.82, which will go toward the completion of the Shrine.
It was so good to see the Wollemi community spirit in action once again. We look forward to redoing Wollemi Creative Arts Night in 2023!
